Every room has a queen sized bed with a mattress that you'd normally only find in 5 star resorts. Experience unparalleled comfort with our luxurious, irresistibly cozy beds.

There are 3 fully equipped laundries in the building, each one kitted out with commercial quality card operated washers and dryers,

Como Ashfield is equipped with keyless entry, and an intercom system both at the front entrance and the garage entrance. CCTV surveillance of all exterior areas of the building as well as the garage, common rooms and corridors ensures the safety and security of all of our residents.
